Shipping a Return


    • To be eligible for a return, your item must be sent in the original packaging with accessories.

    • To process your return, you must request a RMA number from our Contact us page.

    • Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.  We will send you the correct address where you can return your item along with your RMA number.

    • Please allow up to 10 business days for returns to be processed.



  • We will pay the shipping cost to deliver your new replacement item.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.

  • When returning your item, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We can’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item
